A regulated airport operator1 must supply to all airport users2 in relation to the regulated airport3 it manages details of its intended future airport charges4, details of the associated quality of service it intends to provide and information on the components serving as a basis for determining the system or level of all charges proposed, including the following matters5:
(1) a list of the various services and infrastructure provided in return for the airport charges levied6;
(2) the methodology used for setting airport charges7;
(3) the overall cost structure of the airport with regard to the facilities and services
