Air traffic control services1 must be provided by air traffic controllers qualified and licensed in accordance with the specified2 European Regulation3.
A person must not provide air traffic control services unless authorised to do so in accordance with either a student air traffic controller licence or an air traffic controller licence4 issued under:
(1) the specified European Regulation5 by the Civil Aviation Authority ('CAA')6; or
(2) a licence issued under the specified European Regulation by a member state other than the United Kingdom7.
A person who contravenes the above provision is guilty of an offence8.
A person must not provide air traffic
