A constable may search any person, vehicle or aircraft in an aerodrome1, or anything which is in or on such a vehicle or aircraft, for stolen or prohibited articles2, but only if he has reasonable grounds for suspecting that he will find stolen or prohibited articles3. The exercise of this power does not require a warrant4. For the purposes of exercising this power, a constable may:
(1) enter any part of an aerodrome5;
(2) detain a person, vehicle or aircraft6;
(3) board an aircraft7.
