The registered owner1 of an aircraft registered in the United Kingdom2 must forthwith inform the Civil Aviation Authority ('CAA')3 in writing4 of any change in the particulars supplied to the CAA when applying for registration5, of the destruction of the aircraft or its permanent withdrawal from use and, if it was registered in the name of a charterer by demise, of the termination of the charter6.
