The Secretary of State1 may prescribe2 the conditions under which noise and vibration may be caused by aircraft, including military aircraft3, on government aerodromes4, national licensed aerodromes5, EASA certified aerodromes6 or aerodromes at which the manufacture, repair or maintenance of aircraft is carried out by persons carrying on business as manufacturers or repairers of aircraft7. No action lies in respect of nuisance by reason only of the noise and vibration caused by aircraft on an aerodrome in relation to which the Secretary of State has prescribed conditions, provided those conditions are duly complied with
