1176.     Necessity for licences for members of flight crews of EASA aircraft registered in the United Kingdom.

Consequent to the UK's withdrawal from the EU, this Halsbury paragraph should be read in conjunction with the Aviation Safety (Amendment etc) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, SI 2019/645; the Aviation Safety (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, SI 2020/1116; and the Aviation Safety (Amendment) (No 2) Regulations 2021, SI 2021/614, pending incorporation of the changes into the text.

No person may act as a pilot of an EASA aircraft1 that is registered in the United Kingdom2:
