Aircraft with a national certificate of airworthiness1 which are commercial air transport aircraft2, public transport aircraft3 or non-military State aircraft4 must be managed by a continuing airworthiness management organisation approved in accordance with the following provisions5.
Any person may apply to the Civil Aviation Authority ('CAA')6 for approval as a continuing airworthiness management organisation7. The CAA must approve a person as a continuing airworthiness management organisation
