The person in charge of a wind turbine generator1 (other than one exempted by the Civil Aviation Authority ('CAA'))2 which is situated in waters within or adjacent to the United Kingdom3 up to the seaward limits of the territorial sea4 and the height5 of which is 60 metres or more above the level of the sea at the highest astronomical tide must ensure that it is fitted with at least one medium intensity steady red light6 positioned as close as reasonably practicable to the top of the fixed structure7 and ensure that by night, any such light is displayed
