A kite within the United Kingdom1 which is launched, moored, tethered or towed must not be operated:
(1) in such a manner as to:
(a) represent a hazard to other airspace users2; or
(b) without the permission of the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA)3, result in any part of the airship whilst it is being launched or towed, or its tether, mooring or towing equipment, extending more than 60 metres above ground level4;
(2) within controlled airspace5 or airspace notified for these purposes
