Except as otherwise mentioned, the following provisions are not in force.
The holder of an operator licence1 (the 'licensee') must not allow an individual to take part2, in a prescribed role or capacity, in spaceflight activities3 carried out by the licensee unless the individual has signified his or her consent to accept the risks involved in those activities and fulfils prescribed criteria with respect to age and mental capacity4.
