The functions of the Competition and Markets Authority ('CMA')1 in respect of market investigations2, so far as they are exercisable by the CMA Board3 and relate to the supply of air traffic services4, are concurrently exercisable by the Civil Aviation Authority ('CAA')5. No objection may be taken to anything done by or in relation to the CAA6 on the ground that it should have been done by or in relation to the CMA7.
