980. Functions relating to anti-competitive practices exercisable by the Civil Aviation Authority.

The functions of the Competition and Markets Authority ('CMA')1 in connection with agreements, decisions or concerted practices which may affect trade within the United Kingdom2 or between member states of the European Union and which have as their object or effect the prevention, restriction or distortion of competition within the United Kingdom or the common market3, and in connection with conduct amounting to abuse of a dominant market position4, so far as they relate to the provision of airport operation services5, are concurrently exercisable by the Civil Aviation Authority ('CAA')
