A flight information service officer's licence1 does not authorise the giving of a flight information service2 at an aerodrome3 or area control centre4 unless:
(1) that aerodrome or area control centre has been specified in the licence by a person authorised by the Civil Aviation Authority ('CAA')5 for the purpose6; and
(2) the licence has been validated for that aerodrome or area control centre by a person authorised for the purpose by the CAA
