1102. Exceptions to public transport and commercial operation: introductory flights.

An introductory flight1 is:


    (1)     a commercial flight2 for the purposes of the provisions relating to the airworthiness of an aircraft3; and


    (2)     a non-commercial flight4 for all other purposes5.

Except when conducted by gliders6 or balloons, an introductory flight must start and end at the same site
