The provisions regulating the conduct of the Civil Aviation Authority ('CAA')1 do not prevent it from provisionally cancelling the registration of an aircraft, or from provisionally suspending or varying any certificate, licence, approval, authorisation, validation or rating2, or from making a provisional air traffic direction pending inquiry into or consideration of the case3. The provisions do not apply to the variation of any document incorporated by reference in a certificate of airworthiness
