An order creating rights in relation to land1 may contain such consequential, incidental and supplemental provisions as appear to the Secretary of State2 to be necessary or expedient for the purposes of the order3, including provisions for authorising persons to enter on land for the purpose of carrying out, installing, maintaining or removing any works, structures or apparatus4.
Entry may not be made in pursuance of such an order unless notice is served on the occupier of the land not less than seven days before the entry is made, stating that an entry will be made upon the land in
