On making an application for an aerodrome licence1, the applicant must submit to the Civil Aviation Authority ('CAA')2 an aerodrome manual for that aerodrome3. An aerodrome manual must contain all such information and instructions as may be necessary to enable the aerodrome operating staff4 to perform their duties as such5.
Every national aerodrome licence holder must:
(1) supply to the CAA any amendments or additions to the aerodrome manual before or immediately after they come into effect6;
(2) without prejudice to head (1), make such amendments or additions to the aerodrome manual
