The person in charge of any specified air traffic service equipment1 and any associated apparatus must keep in respect of such equipment or apparatus a record2 of any functional tests and flight checks3 and particulars of any maintenance, repair, overhaul, replacement or modification4, and must preserve such records for a period of one year or such longer period as the Civil Aviation Authority ('CAA')5 may in a particular case direct6.
The person in charge of air traffic service equipment in respect of which recording apparatus is required to be provided7 must:
