1267.     Duty to avoid practice of emergency manoeuvres on passenger flights.

The operator1 of an aircraft registered in the United Kingdom2 must not permit any member of the flight crew3, during any flight for the purpose of the public transport4 of passengers, to simulate emergency manoeuvres and procedures which the operator has reason to believe would adversely affect the flight characteristics of the aircraft5.
