There is a dispute about security planning for an aerodrome to which the Aviation Security Act 1982 Pt 2A applies1 if there is2:
(1) a dispute about the contents of an aerodrome security plan3 for the aerodrome4; or
(2) a dispute about the implementation of an aerodrome security plan for the aerodrome5.
If there is a dispute about the contents of an aerodrome security plan or the implementation of an aerodrome security plan, any member of the security executive group6 for the aerodrome may refer the dispute to the Secretary of State7.
