The Civil Aviation Authority ('CAA')1 has established a Directorate of Airspace Policy to carry out the duties which have been given to it by the Secretary of State2 with regard to air navigation in a managed area3. The Directorate is headed by the person nominated by the Secretary of State for this purpose4.
