A certificate of release to service1 must contain as a minimum:
(1) details of the maintenance2 carried out3;
(2) the date such maintenance was completed4;
(3) the identity of the organisation and person issuing the release to service, including5:
(a) the approval reference of the maintenance organisation6 and the certifying staff issuing such a certificate7;
(b) the identity and, if applicable, licence number of the certifying staff issuing such a certificate8; or
(c) in the case
