The crew on every public transport flight1 by a non-EASA aircraft2 registered in the United Kingdom3 which has a maximum approved passenger seating configuration of more than 19 and on which at least one passenger is carried, must include cabin crew4. On each such flight there must be carried not less than one member of the cabin crew for every 50 or fraction of 50 passenger seats installed in the aircraft5.
