The instances in which the special compensation provisions1 relating to statutory undertakers2 apply are:
(1) where land held by a statutory undertaker for the purpose of the carrying on of his undertaking is compulsorily purchased3;
(2) where any order is made for the creation of an easement over such land, or of any other right in or in relation to the land4; or
(3) where a direction is given5 which affects any building, structure or apparatus held or used by a statutory undertaker for the purposes of his undertaking, or which affects any of his rights to install or
