Provision is made for the regulation of flying in dependent territories by the Air Navigation (Overseas Territories) Order 20131, the provisions of which substantially correspond to the provisions of the Air Navigation Order 20162. The Air Navigation (Overseas Territories) Order 2013 applies, unless the contrary intention appears, to or in relation to all aircraft registered in an applicable territory wherever they may be and to other aircraft when they are there3. The power to make regulations for the purpose of the Air Navigation (Overseas Territories) Order 2013 is exercisable by the Governor of the territory
