An aircraft with a national certificate of airworthiness1 must be maintained in accordance with:
(1) in the case of an aircraft which has a maximum total weight authorised of 2,730kg or less and is not a commercial air transport aircraft2, public transport aircraft3 or non-military State aircraft4, a maintenance5 programme declared by the owner of the aircraft in accordance with guidance issued by the Civil Aviation Authority ('CAA')6; or
