When an airborne collision avoidance system II (ACASII)1 is used, operational procedures and training must be in accordance with the Airborne Collision Avoidance Regulation2. The pilot in command3 and every member of the flight crew4 must apply the appropriate operational procedures and be adequately trained5. The pilot in command must not commence a flight unless satisfied that every member of the flight crew has been so trained and a member of the flight crew must not act as such on a flight unless they have been so adequately trained
