541. Witnesses generally.

Where any person is required to give evidence in any proceedings1, the court administration officer2 must notify him of the time and place at which he is required to attend3. When the court administration officer gives notice of any proceedings to a party to the proceedings4 other than the Director of Service Prosecutions, he must offer to notify any person whom the party may require to give evidence5.
