291. Visiting forces of the Commonwealth.

Members of the forces of certain Commonwealth countries1, and of the Republic of Ireland, are subject to the Armed Forces Act 2006 when they are attached to any of Her Majesty's forces raised in the United Kingdom, or in any place to which the Act has been extended by Order in Council2.
