Members of the reserve forces1 may2 be required, in any year, to train in the United Kingdom or elsewhere for one or more periods not exceeding 16 days in aggregate3. Such persons may, while undergoing such a period of training, be attached to and trained with any body of Her Majesty's forces4. Orders or regulations may provide for securing that persons of such descriptions as may be prescribed will be exempted from liability to be required to undergo such training5.
