(1) a person is convicted by the Court Martial1 of an offence2 of criminal conduct3;
(2) the offence is one for which a special custodial sentence may be given4;
(3) the person was aged 18 or over when the offence was committed5; and
(4) the Court Martial does not impose either a sentence of imprisonment for life or an extended sentence of imprisonment6 for the offence7,
then if the Court Martial imposes a sentence of imprisonment for the offence (and one or more offences associated with it
