A member of a reserve force1, in qualifying employment2, who has entered into a special agreement3 is liable, while the agreement is in force to be called out for permanent service anywhere in the world and to fulfil any training obligations specified in the agreement4, but before entering into a special agreement, must obtain the consent of his employer in such form as may be prescribed5.
