The Secretary of State1 may make arrangements for claims2 against members of visiting forces3, or other persons connected with such forces to whom the arrangements relate, to be satisfied by him out of money to be provided by Parliament4. He must take the necessary steps for securing that the persons concerned are informed of the nature and operation of the arrangements which he has made5.
