505. Service sexual offences prevention orders.

As from a day to be appointed1, the Court Martial or the Service Civilian Court2 may make an order where: (1) it deals with a defendant3 in respect of a sexual offence4 of which the defendant has been convicted or found not guilty by reason of insanity; and (2) it is satisfied that it is necessary to make an order for the purpose of protecting the service community
