Where a reservist has been accepted into service in pursuance of a call-out notice1 (other than under the provisions relating to employee agreements2, a call-out order or any other power), the reservist or an employer3 may apply for any of4:
(1) a determination that the reservist is entitled to be released from his current period of relevant service5;
(2) if the reservist is serving under the provisions relating to special agreements6, an exemption from liability to be7 called out8;
(3) if he is serving under the provisions relating to call out for permanent service
