If the defendant has pleaded guilty when arraigned1 and the judge advocate2 has accepted that plea of guilty3, he will be sentenced by the Court Martial4 comprised of a judge advocate and lay members5. Where, after a plea of guilty in respect of any charge has been recorded by the judge advocate, there are disputed facts in the case, he may direct that any issue of fact be tried by the court6.
