A service policeman1, or a person subject to service law who has been ordered or authorised by an officer2, may search any of the following for stolen3 or prohibited articles4, controlled drugs5 psychoactive substances or Her Majesty's stores6:
(1) any person who is, or whom the service policeman has reasonable grounds for believing to be, subject to service law or a civilian subject to service discipline7;
(2) a service vehicle8 which is in the charge of any person9;
(3) any vehicle which is, or which the service policeman has reasonable grounds for believing to be, in the charge of
