It is an offence for any person within a manoeuvres or training area during a manoeuvres or training period1 unlawfully and wilfully to obstruct or interfere with the execution of the manoeuvres or the exercise of any rights conferred by virtue of the training order, or, without due authority, to enter or remain in any camp2.
