The Service Civilian Court1 has jurisdiction to try any service offence2 committed outside the British Islands3 by a person who, at the time when it is committed, is a civilian subject to service discipline4. However the Service Civilian Court may not try any of the following offences: (1) a criminal conduct offence5 which is an indictable-only offence6; (2) an offence committed in respect of a financial statement order7 made by a court8 other than the Service Civilian Court9; (3) an offence relating to a members of the Court Martial10; (4) any service offence in relation to the enlistment of
