It is an offence for a person subject to service law1 to use violence against a superior officer2 if he knows or has reasonable cause to believe that his victim is a superior officer3. A person subject to service law also commits an offence if his behaviour towards a superior officer is threatening or disrespectful, and he knows or has reasonable cause to believe that other person is a superior officer4.
