Where a reservist1 has been served with a call-out notice (other than under the provisions relating to employee agreements)2 but has not been accepted into service, the reservist or an employer3 may apply for4:
(1) the deferral of the reservist's obligation to present himself for service in pursuance of that notice5;
(2) the revocation of that notice6;
(3) if the notice involved special agreements for call-out7, an exemption from liability to be8 called out9;
(4) if the original notice involved call out for permanent service10 or was served under any other power to call out the reservist, an exemption
