244. Enforcement in civilian courts of financial penalty enforcement orders.

If a financial penalty1 is awarded2 against any person3, no appeal is outstanding and the time provided for the giving of the notice of appeal against the award has expired, the whole or any part of the penalty remains unpaid or unrecovered, the Defence Council4 or any person authorised by it may make a financial penalty enforcement order for the registration of the penalty by the relevant court5.
