The occupier of land to whom an order to prevent interference with an airfield or electrical apparatus1 is directed is entitled to compensation, from the Secretary of State2 who made the order, in respect of expenses reasonably incurred in complying with the order or in selling or otherwise disposing of materials to which he was not entitled3, and any person is entitled to compensation for any loss suffered by reason of damage to any land or chattels, or for disturbance4 in their enjoyment, as a consequence of the taking of any action required by the order
