The benefits1 payable for injury under the post-2005 scheme2 are payable as:
(1) a lump sum3;(2) a supplementary award4;(3) a guaranteed income payment payable until death5;(4) armed forces independence payment6;(5) a fast payment7; and(6) medical expenses8,

and only in respect of an injury for which there is a descriptor9. The descriptors give rise to entitlement at the corresponding tariff level10. The amount payable for an injury is the relevant amount11 or a percentage of the relevant amount
