There is a right of appeal to the appropriate tribunal1 from specified decisions in claims under the armed and reserve forces compensation schemes2 on the issue of whether the decision was rightly made on the stated ground3. The specified decisions are:
(1) any decision under the 2011 Order4 which determines whether a benefit is payable, determines the amount payable under an award of benefit and is issued5 in relation to the making of a permanent award6 (subject to specified exceptions)7;
(2) each decision under the 2006 Order8
