110. Power to search and obtain evidence.

A justice of the peace may issue a warrant1 authorising a person acting under the authority of the Secretary of State2 to enter and search premises3 if the justice of the peace is satisfied, on information on oath, that there are reasonable grounds for suspecting: (1) that an offence under the Cluster Munitions (Prohibitions) Act 2010 is being, has been or is about to be committed on the premises; or (2) that evidence of the commission of an offence under the Cluster Munitions (Prohibitions) Act 2010 is to be found on the premises4.
