The Secretary of State1 may serve2 a notice on any person requiring them to give such information as is described in the notice3. The information required to be given by such a notice: (1) must be information that the Secretary of State has reasonable cause to believe is or will be needed in connection with anything to be done for the purposes of the Convention on Cluster Munitions4; (2) may relate to a state of affairs subsisting before the coming into force of the Cluster Munitions (Prohibitions) Act 20105 or the entry into force of the Convention on Cluster
