160. Meaning of 'enemy'.

'Enemy'1 means: (1) any state, or sovereign of a state, at war with the Crown2; (2) any individual resident in enemy territory3; (3) any body of persons, corporate or unincorporate, carrying on business4 in any place, if and as long as the body is controlled by a person who is an enemy5; (4) any body of persons constituted or incorporated in, or under the laws of, a state at war with the Crown
