It is a defence1:
(1) for a person charged with an offence of using, acquiring, possessing or transferring a prohibited munition2, or of making arrangements under which another person acquires or transfers a prohibited munition3, to show that, at the time of the conduct constituting the offence, he neither knew nor suspected, nor had reason to suspect, that the object in question was a prohibited munition4;
(2) for a person charged with an offence of possessing a prohibited munition5 to show that:
(a) having come to know or suspect while the object in question was in his possession that
