The parties1 are free to agree on the powers exercisable by the arbitral tribunal2 as regards remedies3. Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, the tribunal has the following powers4:
(1) it may make a declaration as to any matter to be determined in the proceedings5;
(2) it may order the payment of a sum of money, in any currency6;
(3) it has the same powers as the court7 to order8:
(a) a party to do or refrain
